Frequently Asked Questions about N Bar H

Have a question? Need more information? Check out the information below, and your question isn't answered, email us at nbarhridingclub@gmail.com.

I'd like more details about or a description of a certain class. Can you help?

All of our rules and class descriptions are in our showbook, which can be downloaded from the Showbook/Forms page. The showbook changes each spring, so be sure to take a look at it before the start of each new show season. Further questions can be addressed to the show managers, whose contact info is listed in the showbook.

I'd like to become a member. How do I do that?

Visit our Membership page - all the info you need is right there!

Are your shows rated by or affiliated with any organization?

No, our shows are not rated, nor are we officially affiliated with any other organization. At our Pleasure and Miniature shows, we almost always hire judges that are either rated with the New England Horsemen's Council or are actively working toward their ratings, in order to encourage fair and educated placings in all of our classes. We welcome all breeds and styles of riding, and many breed associations or their state clubs (Paint, Walking Horse, and Arabian, to name a few) offer open show awards programs that you may qualify for by riding at N Bar H.

I'd like to see more pictures of a show/class/horse/person/situation in the Gallery. Why aren't they there?

We have tried to provide a good cross-section of the activity at our shows in the Gallery, but some things are going to be left out for any number of reasons. If you have pictures you would like to see included, you can email them to nbarhridingclub@gmail.com, but please be aware that we won't necessarily be able to use every picture, due to technical and space constraints and a desire to maintain variety. We hope you enjoy the gallery!
